We reserve the right to keep your deposit amount for appointments canceled less than 72 hours in advance. For services under $100.00 If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, we reserve the right to bill half of the amount for missed appointments. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with Beauty Ninjas. Memberships must be canceled in writing 30 days before renewal date.

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your treatments, but is greatly appreciated by your artist or esthetician. If you enjoyed your treatment, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk or you may add gratuity to your credit card payment if desired.

Please discontinue any topical products for about 7-10 days before waxing/sugaring & facials.
Avoid:
Retinol, alpha hydroxy, and any counter and prescription anti-aging and acne topical creams.
We CANNOT provide waxing & facials for guests while you are on the medication and for 6 months following the completion of therapy using Accutane.
Because Accutane can impact wound healing, we recommend avoiding any elective procedures (laser, microdermabrasion, facials anywhere other than under our care, chemical peels & microblading.
